Cathy joined Cardinal Health in 1995 and is currently responsible for negotiating across Cardinal Heath witha large group purchasing organization to gain more revenue for the enterprise. She also maintains key relationships with large Integrated Delivery Networks.
Her previous role was the vice president of Customer Support where Cathy had responsibility for our field service, government customer service and the SAP functional team for Cardinal Health.In this role she was focused on improving our customer experience across the Medical segment.
Prior to her role in Customer Support, Cathy led our SAP business transformation project within the Medical segment, responsible for redefining all of our business policies and processes for all functional areas.
Before leading the SAP project, Cathy was responsible for customer service for all of our large retail pharmaceutical national accounts where she had national responsibility for Operations and Services functions for the Pharmaceutical distribution business. Before that, she was responsible for the account management of CVS, our largest Pharmaceutical customer.
efore assuming her role within national accounts Cathy held an internal consulting role within the pharmaceutical segment helping to identify opportunities to expand market share or integrate new acquisitions into the Pharmaceutical business. .
Cathy earned her bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from Canisius College and her masters in leadership from Franklin University.
