Yonathan Kebede
Vice President of Operations
Fidelity Health Care

Yonathan Kebede is Vice President of Operations at Fidelity Health Care, the community/home-based servicesprovider for Premier Health of Dayton, Ohio. Yonathan’s core responsibility is working with local employers and schools to design community-based health and wellness services to keep consumers out of hospitals. Prior to his current role, Mr. Kebede served as the Director of Service Integration at Premier Health. His scope of responsibilities spanned across six Institutes: Cardiovascular, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Oncology, Women’s Health and Emergency and Trauma services. Mr. Kebede’s past experience includes Healthcare consulting, Innovation Project Management, Process Improvement, Nursing operations management, and physician alignment strategies.

Through his diverse experience and education, Mr. Kebede has developed a keen sense of healthcare management. Furthermore, Mr. Kebede continues to build a strong professional network through local and national memberships in American College of Healthcare Executives (Past Board member) and National Association for Health Services Executives (Past Chapter President).

Active in the community, Mr. Kebede serves as the Chair of the Logistics Committee on the Dayton’s African American Wellness Walk and Chair of the Health and Social Services on the Welcome Dayton Committee for City of Dayton. Mr. Kebede also serves as the Vice-president of the Board of Education of the Dayton Bilingual Acadamy, a language immersion elementary school in Dayton.

Yonathan Kebede has a Masters in Health Administration (MHA) from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and a BS in Health Sciences Management from Ohio State University.

Yonathan Kebede currently lives in Beavercreek, Ohio. When he is not working, Mr. Kebede enjoys distance running, Golfing, playing/watching Soccer and international travels among specturm full of pastime activities.
