Responsible and accountable for the development, implementation and evaluation of short-and long-term objectives, plans and policies which impact the nature and size of PH and UVMC and its components to assure their ongoing viability, growth and success. This includes patient safety, quality, patient experience, employee engagement, Medical Staff relations, Board of Directors relationships and management, financial viability, regulatory and accreditation compliance and daily operations.
Employed at UVMC for 40 years.
Becky is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a baccalaureate degree in Medical Dietetics and earned a Master of Arts degree from Wright State University in Organizational Development. She is board certified in Healthcare Administration and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Administration. Becky has been involved in many different community organizations over the years and was named a “Women of Excellence” by the Piqua/Miami County YWCA in 2014.
