Lori is currently the Vice President, Corporate Legal Compliance Counsel for David’s Bridal, Inc., a specialty wedding retailer with more than 320 stores in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. She has global legal advisory responsibility for the strategic marketing plans, e-commerce initiatives, advertising media reviews, privacy initiatives, store operations initiatives, customer service initiatives and all human resource matters. She is the Chairperson of the Compliance Committee for David’s Bridal. She also manages all litigation for the company and serves on the international expansion team. Prior to joining David’s Bridal, Lori began her twenty-five year retail in-house legal career at The May Department Stores Company and later with Macy’s/Bloomingdales, after the merger of the two in 2005. When Macy’s sold David’s Bridal to a private equity firm in 2007, they asked Lori to move to Philadelphia and become their legal counsel.
Lori received her Juris Doctorate degree from University of Missouri-Columbia. She currently serves on the board of the Global Retail Marketing Association. She is married with two children and resides in Philadelphia, PA. Lori and her entire family are avid scuba divers.
