Kim M. Campbell is Director of Admissions and Recruitment for Mount Carmel College of Nursing. In this position, she is responsible for all strategic student recruitment planning and processing for prospective students from initial contact until student matriculation.
In addition to her work at Mount Carmel, Campbell currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Franklin University in the College of Business. Before joining Mount Carmel, she served in leadership roles at I KNOW I CAN, Cleveland State University, Bowling Green State University and The University of Toledo. Campbell also worked as Market Executive Team Leader/HR Generalist for Target Corporation as well as Human Resource Program Manager for KeyCorp.
A Sandusky, Ohio native and a graduate of The University of Toledo, she earned a bachelor’s degree in speech communications and a master’s degree in human resource development/educational technology. Campbell is currently pursuing a doctorate of philosophy degree in training and performance improvement from Capella University.
In addition to her involvement with professional affiliations, Campbell is active in the community. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Academy of Management. Campbell is also a board member for The Breathing Association and the Boy Scouts of America Simon Kenton Council.
