Kelli has served as the Chief Diversity Officer for Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio since November 2013. Kelli is responsible for maintaining a progressive framework that fosters inclusive practices in patient care; customer service; workforce engagement; and business/community outreach. Mount Carmel has over 10,000 employees and is a member of CHE Trinity Health, the second largest Catholic health care delivery system in the nation. Most recently, Kelli served as the Director of Workforce Planning & Corporate Diversity at Aultman Health Foundation in Canton, Ohio; and was formerly an adjunct instructor for Aultman College of Nursing & Health Sciences and Stark State College.
Kelli has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Malone University, and a Master of Science degree in Marketing & Communications from Franklin University. Kelli has also earned a Certificate in Diversity Management in Healthcare from the Institute for Diversity in Health Management, an affiliate of the American Hospital Association.
Her 25+ career includes finance, training & development, marketing, education and social services with organizations such as Beneficial Finance, U.S. Bank, Dale Carnegie Training and Community Wellness Center of Stark County.
A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Kelli has served on various boards and committees including Habitat for Humanity of Greater Stark & Carroll Counties, Stark County Human Resource Association, Society of Human Resource Management, Rotary Club of Canton and various Pro Football Hall of Fame & Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce Enshrinement Festivities.
Kelli served on the Fair Housing Commission for the City of Canton; and was appointed by the Mayor of Canton to the Canton Joint Recreation Board.
Kelli was born in Evanston, Illinois, grew up in Canton, Ohio, and has lived in various states such as New Jersey and Indiana. Kelli resides in Gahanna, Ohio and is the proud aunt of three nephews and one niece.
