Eleanor Biddulph’s favorite quote is from author Steve Farber: “Do what you love in the service of people who love what you do.” To that end, she recently launched Leading Fully Present Consulting to continue the pursuit of her passion for elevating emerging leaders.
Eleanor views leadership as fluid action; therefore, leadership development requires a flexible approach, which she delivers. Over the course of her career, Eleanor has repeatedly borne witness to the fact that it is the frontline and mid-level leaders who ultimately carry out an organization’s mission. Yet, often, companies invest the least energy and other resources in their development. Through Leading Fully Present Consulting, Eleanor forges an environment of partnership with her clients to learn from the past, lead and evolve in the present, supporting an exciting future of success for those emerging leaders and the organization.
Previously, Eleanor enjoyed a 21 year career at Progressive Medical (Westerville), retiring as Executive Vice President of Operations in 2014. In 2013, she graduated from Otterbein University with a Bachelorof Arts degree, majoring in Leadership Studies with an Organizational Communication minor. Beyond emerging leader development, Eleanor’s strengths include heart-based leadership, building trust and collaboration in diverse environments and leading organizational change.
Eleanor is a member of the Ohio Diversity Council Board of Directors and its Editorial Board. She serves her alma mater on the Leadership Curriculum Advisory Committee. Eleanor also volunteers at Ohio Business Week, guiding high school students in the exploration of entrepreneurship and business skills.
