Charmane Harrison Bio Charmane Harrison is the Sr. Talent Programs Manager for the TimkenSteel Corporation, located in Canton, Ohio. TimkenSteel is North America’s leading manufacturer of special quality steel bars and seamless mechanical tubing. At TimkenSteel Charmane leads the talent acquisition, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion programs for the company.
Charmane has a Masters Degree in Clinical psychology from the University of Cincinnati and her Doctoral degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. Charmane remains active in the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychologists and is a board member with The Domestic Violence Project, Inc. a Canton-area non-profit focused on addressing domestic violence.
